Member Terms and Agreement

Dale Advertising, Inc. DBA - Web-Dawg.com

I am of legal age in the state/country in which I live to enter into this agreement with Web-Dawg.com. . I will be considered an independent contractor and in no way will I be considered employed by Web-Dawg.com by becoming a member of the Web-Dawg Pro membership program.

Web-Dawg can, at its discretion, amend the compensation plan and statement of policies. I understand my membership is not transferable without written consent from Web-Dawg authorization from Web-Dawg. I understand that Web-Dawg reserves the right to decline any applicant's membership. I also understand that Web-Dawg reserves the right to terminate any membership, if that member does not abide by the terms of this agreement or any other policies made by Web-Dawg.com.

As a member , I will not use the Web-Dawg logo, any trade marks of Web-Dawg, copyrighted material or any material contained within the website without first getting written permission to do so. Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material is a violation of federal law. I will only use authorized advertising tools set-up for the members of Web-Dawg.

I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time, and doing so results in an immediate end to my status as a distributor and therefore results in a forfeiture of all further commission and bonus checks or other payments from Web-Dawg. (If you cancel your membership, you won't get paid anymore). I agree not to use any collected email that is more than 10 days old. I agree that I will not send any email message to anyone posting to a Web-Dawg page unless that email message is less than 1k (1000) bytes in size for normal use and in no case larger than 8k (8000) bytes.

I will not engage in any deceptive or unlawful recruiting practice. Using false or unreasonable income claims and promises will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate end to my distributorship and Web-Dawg Membership. I will not send out unsolicited email of any kind to anyone I understand that spamming in the form of unsolicited advertisements of any sort not mentioned above (including newsgroups) will not be tolerated, and can cause immediate termination to my membership.

There will be no Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email to promote your site.

We consider any of the following grounds for immediate termination of an account:

Unauthorized postings to newsgroups.
Sending unauthorized emailings.
Engaging in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a Web-Dawg Network account.
Falsifying user information provided to Web-Dawg.
Using the Web-Dawg name to send Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email as defined above. (spamming, which could result in civil and criminal prosecution)
Using collected email addresses that are more than 10 days old.

All of the above practices are prohibited by Web-Dawg terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's membership, including forfeiture of any money earned and/or access to Web-Dawg services.

Web-Dawg reserves the right to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained within the terms and agreement shall be construed to limit Web-Dawg's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the above mentioned activities, and Web-Dawg reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

Web-Dawg reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

Payments for the Web-Dawg program are not refundable.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

By signing up for a Web-Dawg website, you agree to receive periodic emails from the administrator of Web-Dawg.

If you use an email address when posting your link that bounces, we have the right to ban the email address from our network.

The validation of any prizes you may win at Web-Dawg will be the final decision of the Web-Dawg staff. We will not be responsible for any invalid prizes due to cheating or any other illegal activity.

You agree to hold Web-Dawg.com and Dale Advertising, Inc. harmless for any and all activities concerning this program.

We have the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including (but not limited to) the request for the removal of your email address and the use of autoresponders on our site.

I give my express consent and agree to receive periodic emails from advertising services provided by Web-Dawg.com, it's agents or employees at my contact email address given when joining, and at the email address used when posting ads or playing games on the network of sites.

When placing an ad I agree to receive emails from all of the pro members of Web-Dawg. I will Not make any accusations of Spam. I understand when posting a free ad on the network of Web-Dawg.com that the amount of emails sent from pro members can be substantial, and that these will periodically be sent over a period of days.

I also understand when playing games at Web-Dawg that I will receive emails from the administrator, and/or owner and pro members at Web-Dawg.com.

I agree to receive periodic notices from the administrator and/or the owner at my email address I provided when joining, at the sole discretion of the administrator, and The Owners of Web-Dawg.com.

I agree not to use any autoresponders for my list or contact email addresses. I will not use autoresponders when placing classified ads, or when playing games.

I agree not to submit Adult Sites, Offensive or Scam material to the network .I agree not to use misleading headlines in my advertising nor make false or unsubstantiated claims in my commercial messages.

I also understand, agree and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by the administrator and/or owner, it's agents or employees is not an endorsement of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.

I further agree that should emails to any email addresses I have listed with Web-Dawg be undeliverable, bounce or be found to be an autoresponder, the administrator and/or The Owners of Web-Dawg have the right to immediately delete my account without notice and or ban my email address form the Web-Dawg network.

I agree not to accuse members or The administrator or The owner of Web-Dawg.com of sending spam mail. I agree that I voluntarily joined this program. I agree that I voluntarily place classified ads and/or played games at Web-Dawg.com. You can remove yourself from any list at any time by using the unsubscribe link. We track all signups by IP number and legal action will be taken against all who cry spam falsely.

You agree to be responsible for all legal fees and damages incurred to the administrator or The Owners Web-Dawg.com in the event you make a false or unjustified spam complaints to any agency, ISP, website or court of competent jurisdiction.

I give my express consent to The administrator, owner, its agents or employees on any list hosted or owned by Web-Dawg.com to send me the commercial emails at the email address I used when joining and or placing an ad or playing games on the network of sites.

These commercial messages may include, but are not limited to, Admin notices,in-house commercial advertising of all kinds and third party advertising placed by the public customers, subscribers, partners or others and will be sent at the sole discretion of the administrator and/or owner of Web-Dawg.com.

These messages may be in any digital form, including, notices,updates, special messages, solo ads or other electronic messages.

I also understand and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by the administrator, owner, or pro members at Web-Dawg.com is not an endorsement by the parties of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.

By placing your order or placing a classified ad or playing games at Web-Dawg.com, you are acknowledging that you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

Privacy Statement - We will not sell or give away your information to any third parties.
