Rules of Posting You can post one ad per day. We log the date and time as well as your IP address when you post an ad. If you falsely accuse us or report us or any member of our network for spam, you agree to pay for any fees, damages and costs of any lawsuits that may occur. Autoresponders are not allowed. If you use an autoresponder, you will be banned from posting. If you are a member of the Web-Dawg Network, your account will be deleted without refund. You can place one classified ad per day. Posting using multiple email addresses is prohibited. The "Web-Dawg Network" refers to the collection of sites hosted by web-dawg.com. The Web-Dawg Network submitter is available for use only by those who agree to these posting terms. Any complaint connected to receiving email from Web-Dawg PRO members as a result of your post to the Web-Dawg network may cause your address to be banned. No illegal or pornographic links are allowed. Anyone posting these type of links will be banned. All posts are tracked. Anyone who attempts to abuse the submitter will be banned from further posting. All fields are required to be valid for the submission to work properly. If your email address rejects incoming email or is otherwise invalid it is subject to being banned. Any email address that Web-Dawg considers to be unproductive (autoresponders, etc.) is subject to being banned. Posting, submitting or any other use of any email address you are not authorized to use is strictly prohibited, and may result in legal action. Web-Dawg Network uses IP address tracking devices, and will report any abuse to the proper authorities. By submitting to the Web-Dawg Network you agree to be added to mailing lists of Web-Dawg subscribers, as well as Web-Dawg's mailing list. You also agree to receive a confirmation email from our pro members to confirm your posting (you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by contacting admin@web-dawg.com. Any abuse can be reported at abuse@web-dawg.com). Submitting to the Web-Dawg Network may result in many confirmation emails being sent to your email address. Do not submit to the Web-Dawg Network unless you are equipped to handle the number of emails that may be sent to your posted email address. It is possible you may receive hundreds of emails a day or more when posting to the Web-Dawg Network . Web-Dawg Network and any affiliated company will not be held responsible for any abuse, loss of service, loss of account or any other damages as a result of submitting an ad link to the Web-Dawg Network. Dale Advertising, Inc. (owner of Web-Dawg Network) reserves the right to acquire court fees, attorney fees and any other fees allowed by law from any individual or entity who brings forth a lawsuit against Web-Dawg Network resulting from any ad submission to Web-Dawg Network. WE PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. You agree to hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules and regulations at any time. The entire content (images and text) of the web-dawg.com domain is copyrighted and may not be distributed, downloaded, modified, reused, re-posted or otherwise used except as provided herein without the express written permission of Web-Dawg. The use or misuse of any trademarks or any other materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited.
